At Isabelle & Grace Palm Beach, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every handcrafted jewelry piece we create. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make things right.


Returns

Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return.
Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Please note that order cancellations are only accepted within 10 minutes of placing your order.


Condition
To qualify for a return, your jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Any item showing signs of wear or damage not caused by us may not be eligible for a refund.


How to Request a Return

Our team will respond with detailed return instructions.

⚠️ Important: Return shipping costs are not covered by Isabelle & Grace Palm Beach.
All returns must be sent to our fulfilment centre in Asia.


Refunds

Inspection & Approval
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or declined.

Processing Time
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Double-check your bank account.

  • Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund appears.

  • Contact your bank — processing times can vary.

Exchanges

Damaged or Faulty Items
We only replace jewelry pieces if they are defective or damaged.
If you wish to exchange a damaged item for the same product, please contact us at 📧 info@isabellagrace-palmbeach.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.


Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned piece.
Once your return has been received and approved, we’ll issue a gift voucher by email or post.
